危包證是“出入境危險貨物運輸包裝使用鑒定結(jié)果單”的簡稱，按規(guī)定是由生產(chǎn)廠家所在屬地的檢驗檢疫部門簽發(fā)，使用統(tǒng)一的文本格式，廠家在出口申報時必須提供該鑒定結(jié)果單的正本。
出入境危險貨物運輸包裝使用鑒定結(jié)果單，主要的內(nèi)容有：編號，申請人，使用人，包裝容器名稱及規(guī)格，包裝類型，容器性能的檢驗編號，容器標(biāo)記及批號，運輸方式，危險貨物名稱（中/英文），危險貨物類型，UN編號，危險貨物狀態(tài)，危險貨物密度，報檢包裝數(shù)量，單件容量，單件毛重，單件凈重，危險貨物灌裝日期，檢驗依據(jù)，鑒定結(jié)果，本結(jié)果單有效期，分批出境核銷欄，條形碼，以及檢驗檢疫部門人員的簽字和公章。
危包證的有效期為簽發(fā)后的12個月內(nèi)有效（但不超過性能單的有效期為上限），并在“本結(jié)果單有效期”中注明。

The validity period of the dangerous package certificate is within 12 months after issuance (but not exceeding the upper limit of the validity period of the performance sheet), and it is indicated in the "validity period of this result sheet".
