第一步：un38.3報告+MSDS+空運+概要+海運報告+危險特性分類鑒別報告，危險特性分類鑒別報告是要先做UN38.3才能到海關(guān)申請，實驗室可以做第一步。
第二步：需要企業(yè)找紙箱廠定制UN危包箱，獲得箱子使用證，要有資質(zhì)的UN危包箱廠家，申請箱子的前提，要有第一步的un38.3報告+MSDS+空運+概要+海運報告+危險特性分類鑒別報告。
第三部：前兩步完成，拿到材料，工廠要去生產(chǎn)當(dāng)?shù)氐暮ｊP(guān)做備案申請危包證，也可以找報關(guān)公司幫忙處理。
Step 1: UN38.3 report +msds+ air transportation + summary + sea transportation report + classification and identification report of hazardous characteristics. The classification and identification report of hazardous characteristics must be UN38.3 before applying to the customs. The laboratory can do the first step.
Step 2: the enterprise needs to find a carton factory to customize the UN dangerous packaging box and obtain the box use certificate. A qualified UN dangerous packaging box manufacturer must have the UN38.3 report +msds+ air transport + summary + sea transport report + classification and identification report of dangerous characteristics in step 1 before applying for the box.
Part III: after the first two steps are completed and the materials are obtained, the factory should go to the local customs for filing to apply for the dangerous package certificate, or ask the customs declaration company for help.
